Dave Huffman

Once called the “Tim Duncan of Growth,” Dave is known for his focus on perfecting the fundamentals — blending simplicity, creativity, and analytics to drive customer acquisition, increase order value, and boost buyer frequency. With more than 22 years of experience across clinical psychology, DTC eCommerce, healthcare, education, and digital products, he has helped grow brands from startups to multiple nine-figure successes, including contributing to a $200M acquisition at Microbe Formulas. Throughout his career, he has driven more than $500M in multi-channel supplement sales. 

Outside of work, Dave lives in Boise with his wife Shawnda, their son Howie, and their two dogs, Clarence and JuneBug. Earlier in his life, he spent years touring as a full-time musician, playing nearly 175 shows a year and even opening for Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Jason Isbell. A former college basketball player turned performer, Dave admits he may have traded the court for the stage after realizing he was a sucker for a crowd. These days, he’s busy collecting more books than he can realistically read.
